vFirst: company introduced advanced manufacture techniques and equipments from Japan, USA, and other countries.
Second: we set up strictly regulations towards the workshop. The dressing and disinfection regulation must be implemented before entering workshop. The workshop makes daily producing according to HACCP provisions and customer’s requirements strictly.
Third: the group has established a standarded and specialized laboratory and prepared with professional technical staffs to execute the quality of the products. In the lab we own advanced equipments, such as the GC-2010 Gas Chromatograph from Japan, TMQ.R3250 Sterilizer, Rotary Evaporator, Soxhlet extractor etc.. These advanced equipments mainly test the microorganism, physical and chemical status, nutrition components and food additives of the Group’s raw material, semis and the finished products.
